Who we are
TelecomRadar is an independent comparison platform for telecommunications services in Poland — fixed internet, TV and bundled packages. Our mission is to help users make informed decisions about the best offer in their location, based on real-world coverage data, prices and technical parameters — without being driven by commission rates from operators.
Editorial team
Articles on TelecomRadar are written by editorial staff with many years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Every article is signed with the author's name — click the byline below the article title to access the author's full profile, including biography, professional experience, certifications and external profiles (LinkedIn, industry media publications).
Data sources and fact-checking
Every piece of information in our articles is verified against publicly available primary sources: a) Official reports from UKE (Office of Electronic Communications) — uke.gov.pl, in particular the annual „Report on the State of the Telecommunications Market”. b) Quarterly reports from KRRiT (National Broadcasting Council) — gov.pl/web/krrit for TV-related content. c) Pricing and regulations from retail and wholesale operators (publicly available on their websites). d) UOKiK decisions regarding operator market practices. e) Our own measurements and analyses of network coverage data based on public registers (PRG TERYT, GUS BDL). Network coverage data comes from publicly available operator sources and is regularly updated.
Use of AI tools
Some of our articles are assisted by AI tools and LLM models during research, source synthesis and initial drafting. Every text is reviewed by a human before publication — we verify facts, correct inaccuracies, add our own analysis and context unavailable to AI. We do not publish AI-generated content without expert review. We do not use automatically generated author „personas” or fake profile photos. All authors visible on the site are real people with verifiable professional identity.
Monetization and conflicts of interest
TelecomRadar does not use affiliate links. Our revenue comes from advertising and business partnerships with telecommunications operators and network equipment providers. Key principle: no partnership agreement influences the order in which offers appear in the comparator. Rankings are based solely on objective criteria — price, speed, technology, coverage and contract parameters. The sorting algorithm is identical for all operators. If an article or section contains sponsored material (rarely), it is clearly marked in the article header and includes an additional „Sponsored content” annotation.
Corrections policy
If you notice a factual error in our article or outdated information (e.g. pricing change, operator dropping a technology, incorrect date), please submit a report via the contact form available at telecomradar.pl/contact. We verify every report within 5 business days. After a correction is made, an „Update” section with the date and a brief description of the change appears on the article — giving readers full transparency of the edit history.
Information freshness
Every page on TelecomRadar contains a last-verified date in the article footer („Last verified: [month] [year]”). For blog articles, this is the date of the last content edit. For city, operator and comparator pages — the date of the last source data update (network coverage, pricing, technical parameters). Dates are automatically generated from real database timestamps — never entered manually nor set to the deployment date. All pages in the same category do not share the same „freshness” date, because data is updated independently per record (in line with Google E-E-A-T best practices).
Complaints and suggestions
If you believe the content of a specific article is incorrect, unreliable, biased or in any way violates journalistic quality standards — report it via the contact form at telecomradar.pl/contact. Every complaint is reviewed by the editor-in-chief within 7 business days. You will receive a response with information about the actions taken (correction, added context, complaint dismissed with justification).
